Baltimore Man Stranded In Japan Recounts Tragedy - Baltimore, Maryland News Story - WBAL Baltimore
Friends, my brother Chris Godish is stranded in a shelter in Japan. He is near the reactor site and cannot get to operating transportation. He cannot go outside because of the contamination as it has been raining "black rain." The shelter is very low on food and water. There is no one operating the gas stations or mass transportation. Would you please call or e-mail the State Dept and expressing grave concern for his safety.

Lazy Sunday
It's another Sunday, lazy Sunday.
For today's movie I give you the comedic styling of the great Mel brooks in his 1991 riches to rags tale, Life Stinks.
The film also stars Oscar nominee Lesley Ann Warren, and a favorite around here, Arrested Development's Jeffrey Tambor.
Sit back relax and enjoy the show!

Nova now on Hulu!
I know it may seem like I'm gushing a little much over Hulu, but we are now 4 days into Hulu's Days of Summer promotion and already we've been given some real gem's. So far Hulu has added 2 movies, Lost in Translation and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, as well the slapstick classics The Three Stooges 1934-1936.(see the widget toward the bottom of this very page!) Thursdays new addition has me down right giddy. Now available to watch on Hulu.com is arguably television best documentary series NOVA. NOVA has been a long time PBS favorite of mine, the documentary is always interesting, intelligent and fair. Check out a couple of episodes below or click HERE to view all the episodes posted on Hulu. The only real downside I can see is now we have to sit through 2 commercials in the beginning instead of one
