This is a place holder for my anger, when I calm down and can express my anger and frustration with U-Haul in a family friendly manner I will update this post, in the mean time DO NOT RENT FROM U-HAUL, they will rip you off!

I agree 100%. When I moved to Maryland they really hosed me with a bunch of extra charges and lied about the mile rate. They also screwed someone else because I went into the place there was only one left of the size of the truk that I needed. The person was filling out the paperwork and the dude pulled me aside and said if I game him cash I could take it. I did because I needed it so bad but what horrible business that is.
